With this new feature, Built allows you to create, share, and store waybills directly from your invoices. No need for manual paperwork or extra tools , everything is integrated into your Built platform for efficiency and convenience.

What you can do with Waybills on Built

• View Waybills: Instantly generate and review waybills linked to your invoices.
• Share Waybills: Send via SMS or email in just a few clicks to keep customers and partners informed.
• Download Waybills: Save digital copies for your records or print them when needed.

How to Get Started

1. Navigate to your Invoices page.
2. Find the invoice you want from the list.
3. In the Actions column, click the three-dot menu (…).
4. Choose one of the following options:
   • View waybill
   • Share waybill
   • Download waybill

You can also access these same options while previewing an invoice by clicking the three-dot menu at the top.
