Your dedicated accountant is a professional accountant trained by Built to provide accounting, tax and payroll support services to businesses. Dedicated accountants have at least one of the following credentials: Chartered accountant, Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, 2+ years managing the books for a small business or Skilled in the usage of Built suite of software.

Your dedicated accountant is available for a set number of hours per week, from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM. Each accountant’s available hours vary and you are to agree to your meeting times to ensure it works for both of you during the KickStart meeting which is the introductory meeting held between you and your dedicated accountant.

Virtual Support is available to all businesses. However, you might not be a good fit if: Your business is extremely complex that it requires in-house team of accountants, Your business and personal expenses are heavily mixed up, You are not able to provide view access to your e-banking or MoMo portal to us.

The following activities and tasks are not included in the Virtual Support services.

• - Onsite services: Your dedicated accountant does not operate or work from your offices or offer onsite support.
• - Sending invoices or paying bills.
• - Managing internal inventory, accounts receivable, or accounts payable.
• - Business plans or loan/grant/visa applications.
• - Chasing for bank/MoMo statements.

You can reach your accountant via any of the provided and agreed communication channels - Call/WhatsApp or Email.

You are responsible for the following:

• - Providing your dedicated accountant VIEW ONLY access to your bank account or mobile money portal to have real time access to transactions.
• - Be available for agreed upon meetings.
• - Understand that the services start from the date of payment and end date only and accountant is not required to work on previous transactions.
